Love everyone's answers!! I do both as well .. I just prefer to spend most of my time lifting.. my husband didn't believe me when I told him I've gotten stronger. I asked him to let me deadlift him , need less to say he was shook 😂 he's 180lbs .. and I was extremely proud lol 💪 I agree both are important .
