@PKM0515 Hello! So, my goal weight is actually 100lbs. A bmi of 21- im in my mid-twenties so, with my doctor, i figured that to be a good, healthy, goal. I also do powerlifting which gives me a little more muscle mass than your average person. Whats your goal ? Kind regards (:

Thank you! lol I was worried. (Btw I had my rmr checked my a machine and it ended up being 1150… I burn 250-300 calories on top of that through activity)

@AnnPT77 Thank you so much! I just need some confirmation that if i currently maintain on 1450 calories per day (im 4'10 or 147.3 cm), once done my 15lb weight loss, I will require as little as 1088 calories per day? Thats so offputting!
