  • March says it all, marching forward, not letting unexpected circumstances (eg an unplanned dinner out with friends) sway my goals for health and weight loss with guilt or disappointment because you are sidetracked. Learning to enjoy the moment and get right back on track. So far so good! Loving MFP!
  • This February I will complete my diary after my supper, I find that completing the diary is very rewarding as MFP tells you what you will accomplish in 5 weeks. I will continue to walk 8,000 steps and complete a workout daily Mon. through Fri.
  • So far I am finding MFP very helpful, it makes you more aware of just how many carbs, fats, etc. you are eating and gives you direction of what you should eat for your next meal. I only plan each meal, not for the day or week.
  • I just joined MFP and your group. My January challenge will be adding every meal item into the MFP diary and weighing at least once per week. :)
