LOL… @nossmf @LisaHeb1979 had burgs last night too, but has small batch of fries… Ok, today - Triset- db fly, single leg hip thrust, BB upright row, SS- tricep PD, hammer curls and the hammies off with a romanian deadlift… Lunch time smasha in full effect today brothas, LFG!!!!

Nice… I loved doing one body part a day… I call it, meathead exercises…💪 You can really make some serious gains with that routine. Resting that body part for a week, really helps with recovery to pound that part again the next week… Im actually getting back into a more BB type workout… Been doing full body upper then full…

Im sure other people have mentioned, have you considered biking or swimming as a form of cardio other than walking…. Im not a cardio but do love to walk and bike…. just ma 2cents… But you got this, we are all behind you 👊
