You want to exercise to get fitter and leaner and healthier. The app is only telling you how much calories you are burning when you exercise. If you want to lose weight quicker then DON'T eat these calories.

@eggfreak Do you find the fitbit helpful? My husband and a friend have been telling me to buy one and say that it really helps them stay active. I tend to get obsessive about things and worried that I would challenge myself too much if I bought one .. :neutral:

@ jugar sorry have not posted for a few days but my husband surprised me on my birthday with a short holiday to Gdansk at a Hotel spa. I had a wonderful time and ate very well there and feel like I have lost some inches walking around so much there and swimming every day. PW - 69.5 CW - 68.1

@ jugar I was previously 70.1kg and now weighing 69.5kg. Not much of a change but am feeling better and have been walking loads, doing HiiT and yoga. Something every day. Next target is to start running and play badminton.

@ cleaneater80 I track macros with the myfitnesspal food diary - it gives a breakdown of: calorie content, fats, carbohydrates, protein, sugars and salt when I log each item of food. Then at the end of the day I can see how much I have eaten of each food group. Its really helping me to balance my diet better

@ LoraineGB I just bought some nutritional yeast today and the guy in the shop said that it tastes like crunchy cheese. Hesaid that Vegans eat it a lot because it is packed full of vitamins and minerals - is really good for you. Well I love cheese so that is bonus for me!!! :D

Hi Everyone Have been trying to keep my calories down this week but seem stuck at around 1700.
