  • Hello, Denise from Florida. Great app to hold yourself accountable. Have used everyday since January of 23, and has really helped my fitness journey. Good luck on your journey and welcome.
  • Try intermittent fasting, start off slow only eat within certain windows. This way mentally you think, I eat after 11 am, I can hold off till then. Then eat Whole Foods. I lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks this summer after months on a Plateau. Good luck to you!
