Hello my name is donnovan. I’m from LA. This is only my third day on here but I’ve been counting my calories and logging everyday. I’m pretty proud of myself. I’m just really hungry any tips to stay true to my diet and help me to eat better would be appreciated and helpful. Thank you everyone. Also if there are any personal trainers in LA feel free to let me know. I’m looking for a workout buddy.

Eat higher volume of low calorie foods. So vegetables that aren't starchy like spinach, lettuce, kale, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. They have a lot of fiber which not only helps to fill you up but make it easier on your colon to rid waste.

Try intermittent fasting, start off slow only eat within certain windows. This way mentally you think, I eat after 11 am, I can hold off till then. Then eat Whole Foods. I lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks this summer after months on a Plateau. Good luck to you!0
