  • I did IF for awhile, then when I looked, I realized I was eating a lot of calories in a short time. Other changes I made were drinking black coffee, unsweetened iced tea and water. I went back to three meals a day and kept up with some of the better habits. It has not affected my weight.
  • Just keep doing what you are doing. I lost a lot of weight breastfeeding because my baby got all my calories. I wouldn't decrease your intake until your baby is older and starting to take other food.

  • Soups and casseroles are good to make ahead of time. I do this often because I work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week and it is nice to have something my family can heat up so we aren't tempted to go out.
  • Last night - turkey sandwich with 11 bean soup. Tonight - pot roast Tomorrow - Tortellini soup Thursday - lasagna Friday -clean the fridge night We have salad and veggies on the side. Most of our veggies are frozen or canned from our garden. I use canned tomatoes from our garden a lot too.
