@mtaratoot for sure on the eating healthy! I don’t really have anything specific that I have decided on eating, more maybe pick grilled chicken instead of fried and fruit instead of candy for sweet! Not too worried about measuring muscle gains just want to make sure I am doing the workouts. And your right on with miles…
