I have noticed that since my calorie base to maintain is 1600 per day, I can eat that and still lose weight when I exercise for one hour of walking or using the weight machine. I can eat my calories and lose weight as long as I exercise long enough each day.

Yeah! Creatinine is a chemical waste product of creatine. :)

For breakfast, I have a non-fat latte made with my Keurig coffee maker, sometimes a banana, and nothing else until closer to lunch. My late breakfast is boiled or scrambled eggs, toast with peanut butter, or shredded wheat cereal. I don't like to cook.

Thanks everyone for your comments. Much appreciated.

Chromium is the proprietary blend of Velositol. However, I found nothing online saying it had any adverse side effects. Insulin is a protein hormone. The hormone is an anabolic protein, where the anabolic statement comes into play. No creatine.

Yeah, it is expensive, but if you put it in the cart and don't buy it, they will offer you up to 50% off :)

Good point on calories. This one is 69 calories per serving, twice per day, I do eat a lot of chicken, but hate fish 😂.

I used to eat a few different brands of energy bars, but not anymore. It may be good for a long-distance runner who burns tons of calories as it provides a quick boost of carbs and sugars. Not for everyday nutrition IMHO.
