Congratulations! You're doing so well! Weight loss is not linear, and no matter how hard you try, you will never lose exactly 2 pounds a week for 26 weeks straight. But you might very well lose 40-60 lbs over 6 months. And you have! Good job!

Yes, my weight seems to vary more than other people. I exercised Tuesday, always eat less on days i exercise, more the next day. Felt bad Wednesday so didn't eat as much. Start at 184.2 Up and down, still the same. March 5 181.2. Not gonna make my spring goal of 170, but I can at least be down a little.

When I want a fancy coffee, I sometimes use a frother. Sometimes I sprinkle a little cinnamon or chocolate on the froth. Sometimes cold coffee, ice and milk in the blender until almost the consistency of a milkshake. So fancy I forget about sugar. Just a thought.
