My answer. I try to balance them out. Not hungry one day because I exercised 2 hours, then did yardwork? I try to eat some nutritious food. I try to stay hydrated and maybe have some electrolytes. The next day I may stay cool and rest. I will probably eat over my calorie goal. But not enough so that my 2 day total calories…

Finished yesterday with about 120 oz water. It was harder than I thought it would be. I missed my chamomile tea. I missed my iced coffee with milk. But it reminded me to drink more plain water. It's good for us! And it was just fine most of the day.

I didn’t see this earlier today. But I will drink water only tomorrow to celebrate with you, Little Surfer Girl. I was never addicted to alcohol, but drank 2 or 3 3-liter cokes a day for years. I quit. I can only imagine how much harder it is to quit alcohol.

Huge chocolate chip cookie at 3am. Bacon,egg,cheese biscuit, fried potatoes, diet coke about 10 am. 1200 calories before noon. I'll never lose weight this way.
