OP My story is different. I appreciate yours. I appreciate the positive thoughts! Too few of them on MFP these days. Thought provoking post. Good debate topic. Good idea, making time once a week to write out and meditate on your thoughts. I bet it helps your sleep, your health. I might just steal it.
