March 5 - 181.2 March 12 - 180.2 Right direction, happy with the loss. Hope I can keep it up. I got to exercise twice last week. I don't exercise hard, so the physical doesn't count for much. But the improvement on my outlook on life works wonders!

When you find the answer, would you please share? I've lost 90 pounds over the years. The hardest thing for me is still consistency. I love high calorie food. I love ❤️ low calorie food. Some days I want it all. Some days I don't. I just struggle and do my best.

I live a reasonably healthy lifestyle considering my age and general health. I've lost 50 pounds and gained over 6 inches in my waist since 2022. I don't think a healthy lifestyle is helping.
