Went to prep'd yesterday and bought steak and eggs, in case of another bad night. This morning at 7, after a good night's sleep, forgot about it and went to Dunkin for coffee and a bagel.

Theoretically, it's fine as long as it fits your goals. Actually, only you can answer for you. Does it satisfy your hunger? Does it satisfy your soul? Does it make your life easier(easy to shop, easy decision, convenient) or harder (harder to plan other meals to meet goals, boring)? Try it for a while. You can always…

New resolution-- prep weekly breakfast every Sunday.

Boy did I blow it last night! Walked the floor until 3am--nothing prepped in fridge (crappy pancakes don't count). Whataburger called to me and I answered. It took forever to get my food--all cooked fresh and so good! Almost a days calories gone by 4 am.

Pro'ly not. Looked up some of your past posts. Don't know why this one's so short, but you probably mean, "if you eat right and log carefully 80% of the time, will you still lose weight?" And as you know, there are so many variables in that equation that there can be no definitive answer. But do I believe you should give…

Dunkin wake up wrap. Coffee and milk. This week's Kodiak pancakes are a fail. On paper, protein to calories is good. In reality, sugar to protein makes me hungry for sugar an hour later. Can I add protein and turn it around? Or consider it a lesson learned?
