And? Are you getting desired results? Or just getting tired?

I will always gain in winter, lose in summer. Never thought of fighting it. It's as natural as breathing to me. But I know it will come off with zero effort come Spring. Do you?

I love baked oatmeal bars. Similar to your baked oatmeal, but no sugar, add sweet things like dried fruit or chocolate chips and nuts, so more dessert or snack than breakfast. Freeze well, so good for one person. Today I had my last pancake and slice of bacon from yesterday's McDonald's. With iced tea. Lazy this morning.

My go to is asparagus. And carrots. And celery. And green beans. And broccoli. And lettuce. Especially butter lettuce. And arugula. Oh, and onions before any others. And cabbage. And all the others except spinach. Still hate it.

Ground turkey is still moist after being frozen. Turkey burger with your favorite veg. Soup, of course, would stay moist, but might not be quick heating, unless you figure out a way to freeze it flat and not make a mess getting it into a bowl to nuke. I like black bean burgers and mushroom burgers, both of which you can…

Turn on your favorite music. Doesn't it make you want to move? Do it! Keep trying different things.

Do you like cottage cheese? If you put it on toast and put it in the oven, it eventually bubbles and gets stringy kind of like mozzarella. Have it plain or top with something savory. Or mix with sugar or sweetener, maybe vanilla, cinnamon before you melt it. Maybe fruit when it's melted.

Sleepless night. McDonald's pancakes and bacon. Turkey patty. Coffee with milk.

I just found that my bran flakes are pretty high in iron.

No. There is no "perfect" number. Experience gets us close. Eat at close for long enough and your weight will get close to your desired weight. A pound or two more for a while, then a pound or two less for a while. Ann gave you good advice. Start there, learn as you go, be patient, and reap the rewards.

Overnight weetabix. Never heard of it until yesterday. Good stuff! I'll have it again

Never heard of that, but I like fish and I love burritos, so I'm guessing yum Pork chops

Eggs are a good weight loss food. Potatoes are very satiating. Just be careful about what you put on them.

A pork chop and diet coke

I don't remember their Cole slaw, so would guess yum. Taco Bell protein bowl. Haven't had one of those in a long time, either.

Sounds like a steak to me. Followed by either cottage cheese or yogurt with your favorite fruit sprinkled with fiber one cereal. Yum!

Bagel, egg, bacon, cheese sandwich. Coffee with milk.

Egg, cheese and Canadian bacon biscuit. Coffee with milk.

I think it looks FANTASTIC. sounds great, all but the olives which could very easily be left out. The rest are things I love individually and look good together!

I'm with you! This morning 2 Canadian bacon, tomato and cheese sandwiches on cottage cheese bread. Decaf with 2% milk. 298 calories, almost no fiber, 34 grams protein, and one happy lady. Typical for me is eggs scrambled with cottage cheese and homemade turkey sausage. Prepped ahead and heated while I make coffee. Viva la…

Made the cottage cheese flatbread, made a Canadian bacon, tomato and cheese sandwich. Good, but I should have made 2. Could have, easily. Only 144 calories. Decaf and milk.

Check out "volume eaters thread". Oldie but goodie.

A lunch makers. They were on sale yesterday and I like them. Decaf and milk

KFC was my one craving I couldn't satisfy any other way. My very wise dietitian told me to schedule a "cheat-treat" meal once a week. My choice KFC or something else. Not both. She reminded me that I had worked hard all week cutting calories, and it would be very easy to undo the whole week in one meal if I wasn't careful.…

Today was not a loss. Today was a lesson. Today was an experience. Today was a learning opportunity. What could you have done better? Maybe plan ahead? Maybe take a one dish meal you know you can eat? Like a chef salad? Maybe plan on 2 plates -- one big one filled with things you know and can see are healthy and fairly low…

I drink coffee and tea. I second cucumber water--love it! Celery juice is a favorite, but hard to find or make.

Coffee with milk. Devour all day breakfast. Pretty good. Macros are bad. Sodium is terrible! Still beats McDonald's in the early morning hours.

It's my understanding that it burns about 1/2 extra calorie a day. Except it can be a good laxative, which could cause more.

Your body's mad! You made it work hard with little to no fuel. Check the oil, fill the radiator, fill with the best gas you can afford if you want your car to last forever. Treat your body better. You can always trade cars.
