I agree with what Ann said about having nutrient dense snacks available. Only for me, it's protein heavy snacks. Jerky, protein bars. A whole pint of Moose Tracks and a cinnamon roll at 4am. Biscuits and gravy, coffee with milk at 9:30. Just enough leg cramps to keep me awake from 1:30 to 6:30. I really don't have an eating problem. I have a (lack of) sleep problem 😴.
