Just to add to some of the excellent posts. In addition to 'water', adding more food can easily result in minor changes to bowel movement, meaning there is just more undigested food in the GI. Definitely do not panic if you see the scale weight go up a bit. Just as CMRiverside mentioned, ~3500 calories surplus will be…

Thanks for the post and congrats on the successful transformation!

I usually plan things out the night before and adjust as needed.

Overall, just be patient and don’t make drastic moves. Good luck!

Hi Angel When I go on a cut, it’s from a muscle building phase where I’m running a small surplus. Because of this, the cuts are a bit more aggressive and short term with the intent of shredding fat while maintaining lean muscle. As soon as it’s over, I usually jump back up close to my previous maintenance, however, this…

I drink a massive amount of water. I start off each morning with 6 cups of green tea and 4 cups of coffee. Then more water or green tea throughout the day.

Like I said, you clearly know what you are talking about with so many posts right? Member since 2007. I only learnt about MFP around 2 years ago so what do I know. All joking aside, I’m sure some of your posts have indeed helped many people who post in their forums so kudos to you. Anyway, have a nice day.

Of course not, How can anyone compare to your level of insight and expertise. You are a rock star, it’s very obvious

Solid advice

You should be proud of yourself. 7 lbs is great. Also, I’m under the impression that not everyone here giving you advice are experts. Many are still trying to figure stuff out themselves. Plenty of people have success with WW and this is why it’s been around for so long. Why don’t you stick to exactly what you have been…

I just completed a cut and I'm going back on another bulk...
