I really have no clue. But I would try to balance it. If your going out for dinner and know you want to slurge, eat a LIGHT lunch, maybe yogurt and granola, or something like that.

On my tub it says 1 tbsp is 25 calories.

1 cup frozen ( defrosted, but still cold) strawberries, 4tbls whipped cream, and 1tsp-1tbsp sugar. It's about 104 calories. I used to visit a site where you could key in your measurements and your weight and it would pull up a computer generated image of your current body and how it looked. Does anyone know of a site like this? I want to know how my ideal weight would look.
