Mtaratoot. I do find this helpful. I don't go crazy on Saturdays, but it helps with feeling deprived which is an issue for me sometimes

I do a smoothie with protien shake, frozen fruit, and a piece of toast

I go to planet fitness. With all that I available there you can work out however you want. I do some cardio and some strength training each session

Good luck on your journey. I have just started 3 weeks ago. Down 3 lb. And satisfied with that. I'm 64 so it's gonna be a slow process. You seem to be off to a great start Keep it up!

I follow my calories pretty strictly for 6 days a week. On Saturday I am not as careful, but still try and make smarter choices

I too don't feel the scale doesn't move as much as I would like it to, but my mindset is every ounce is a victory at this point. I think you are doing fantastic. Keep up the good work
