I've been neglecting this journey again, but things have been hectic! Preparing for getting my wisdom teeth removed on Thursday, and I unintentionally ended up getting a new job, haha. I did manage to lose a pound and keep it off, despite not doing much tracking or exercise :) I will try to get back on the wagon tomorrow

It was a rough week; I ended up gaining about a pound :( I did my first workout on Wednesday, and ended up with sharp pain in my injured knee. I wasn't able to work out the rest of the week. Yesterday really got derailed. Just a bad day overall between my knee hurting after I tried cardio on Wednesday, dinner being late because I forgot to take the meat out of the freezer, missing my cat who I lost in December, and the game I wanted to play to unwind with my s.o. refusing to work, and having crazy wait times…

No specific plans. Just trying to eat consciously again and get my body moving. I suffered a knee injury back in October that I'm still attending PT for once a week, so that put a damper on things for a while.
