5 hour road trip tomorrow morning and multiple events planned over the weekend with family and friends over the next few days means plenty of challenges!! Just hoping to strike a balance between the scale and a good time, lol5 -
Still seesawing around 142-140! Trying to be patient. I was really thrown off by the time change this week with very poor sleep, that didn't help much. At least spring is around the corner.

Congratulations on getting to your ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT RANGE!!!!!
My guess is you'll still try to get to the middle of your range, and that's keen. It's a pretty small range. Now the next chapter begins; maintaining that loss. It's not too soon to start the transition; you can start slowly to avoid any kind of bounce. It's basically the exact same as losing, but just with a few more calories in the budget. You'll do great

Total loss for March I am exactly the weight I was a week ago which is up two pounds for the month. That is totally OK because it means I am still maintaining right in the middle of my maintenance range. This is the seventh week in a row I've been back at goal after maintaining for a couple years and then being over maintenance for two years from October 2020 through the end of 2022. I even had two large slices of pizza on Pi Day (3.14).

Travel to the east coast from the 8th - 15th - eating lots of food that I normally wouldn't consume in such a concentrated period (think lots of pizza, veggie burgers, fries, more fries, dessert, and even more dessert). The scale shows a slight tick down because the day after flying is usually okay. However, this morning I stepped on the scale and am up a full pound. A week plus of bad eating has caught up. Now to get back down before our next trip at the end of April for my daughter's wedding.

Proud of myself this week. Lots of food and drinks I don't normally consume (in moderation!) along with no formal exercise yet had negligible gain. So yeahhh, go me, lol
I am however, fighting some sort of bug and struggling to get back @ it. Yesterday was first day this month I missed my step count! A bit sad about that. Hoping I feel well enough to get a nice long easy walk this afternoon.
