    Hopefully with the impending warmer weather I will become more active/motivated again but am open to any suggestions or tips for getting back on track!

    I think you are already on to it when you say youโ€™ll be more active - I find my energy for eating well, drinking more water and other good habits goes waaaay up when Iโ€™m getting in plenty of walks. At least for me, the connection between moving your body and treating it right (nutrition, hydration, sleep) seems to be an important one. On days where I move less, the other things just seem to be more of a challenge!

    I'm Chris - 72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
    ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
