                    π Welcome all new first timers to this challenge and "Hello again" to those returning for another month, another year, another round. π
I joined back in September of 2021, which was my first month back on MFP. In the first 9 months, I lost 40 pounds and use this challenge as motivation to stay on track. It is nice to have a medium-term goal that gets broken down into manageable chunks.
Pick your own goal, check in once per week, and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress betterπ

            Hiya, last month was my first full month back on MFP after reaching my goal, then regaining 26lbs in a year.
 Losing weight is hard, gaining weight is far too easy. This time I'm not quitting as soon as I get there, this is for life!

 March 1: 151.4 (trend 153.5) Starting the month with a 1.4lb drop overnight, so I have used yesterday's weight of 152.8 to decide my goal weight for the end of the month, giving me just under 1lb a week loss to aim for.
 I'm also tracking my trend weight to help smooth out pesky water retention.

 03/01-191.6[/color=fblue-(Trend Weight: 192.8)- Just as I feared. Up a full pound. It was nice touching 189.8 the other day but this is EXACTLY why I donβt claim and embrace a new decade until I reach the 7 (as in 187). The ups and downs and all arounds are enough to drive you crazy. Round and round and round we go, where weβll stop, nobody knows. Have a nice hump day everyone! Good luck this round!

            Thanks for this challenge! My name is Rebecca and I live in St. Louis. Iβm 43. I started intermittent fasting at the advice of my doctor and I love it. I lost 20 lbs quickly and then have stalled mostly do to falling back to some bad habits. So here we go.

 I feel like the tortoise not the hare, my progress has been slow but steady. Although I continue toward my goal and have received a lot of positive reinforcement from friends/coworkers, I have noticed that I am lagging in energy/motivation lately. I continue to pay attention to what I am eating but I am not as diligent about logging or choosing healthier options as I was around the end of 2022. Work and family stressors have been high, and I am constantly trying to keep the balance without becoming too overwhelmed. Hopefully with the impending warmer weather I will become more active/motivated again but am open to any suggestions or tips for getting back on track!7
