Proud of myself this week. Lots of food and drinks I don't normally consume (in moderation!) along with no formal exercise yet had negligible gain. So yeahhh, go me, lol
I am however, fighting some sort of bug and struggling to get back @ it. Yesterday was first day this month I missed my step count! A bit sad about that. Hoping I feel well enough to get a nice long easy walk this afternoon.

03/15-188.8-(Trend Weight: 191.0)- I have had a good week in that I have stayed strong for the most part. I saw my family doctor yesterday and she was pleased with my progress. Iβm sticking to my guns as best as I can. It really makes a difference in my blood glucose readings and that is what is driving me right now. I am spending the day batch cooking. Yesterday at the out-of-town grocery store I bought a 3 pack of large English cut Roasts. I cooked one overnight in the crock pot, Iβm cooking another all day today and Iβll do the last one overnight. Guess what Iβm having for dinner? LOL
03/22-188.2-(Trend Weight: 190.1)- Itβs been a very hard week as my blood pressure has dropped too low. Iβve been afraid to exercise as it raises during then severely drops under normal circumstances and with it running on average about 81/41 that could be deadly! I stopped one of my bp meds until I see an improvement. It has come up slightly. If I donβt see a return to normal soon, and the ability to take my meds again I will have to call the cardiologist which is very far away. So my diet has stayed on point but my exercise is null and that is really slowing things down. It makes a bigger difference than I even realized! I am thrilled with the improvement in my trend weight. It is a reflection of my dietary changes and I just couldnβt be happier. I am down several pounds this month. I donβt think Iβll meet my goal because of the lack of exercise which, in the end will affect the second half of the month, but I am still losing a little and the trajectory is good. I love seeing all the progress and comments in this challenge!

Thanks for this challenge! My name is Rebecca and I live in St. Louis. Iβm 43. I started intermittent fasting at the advice of my doctor and I love it. I lost 20 lbs quickly and then have stalled mostly do to falling back to some bad habits. So here we go.

Struggling this month. I'm in an unhealthy vicious circle! I've cut my calories and I'm walking over 10000 steps a day but have no energy for anything else! Think this will be my last dieting month ... Will change my goal to 182lb, go on maintenance for the next few months and then decide if I need to lose the extra 6lb I'm realising 176lb was a vanity goal .... just so I could say I lost 100lb but losing 94lb is OK too!!!8
