    I have not been diligent this week sadly. It's CBKburger month here in town....this is where food eateries provide off menu burgers for $20 and $5 goes to a charity which this time is a womens' shelter. Oh my the special burgers are sooooo good!! And hard to resist....lol Also I've had a couple of pasta dinners at home. I have had a hard time tracking calories on my dinners this week as they're a mix up of food and not as easy as logging individual foods. Must go back to basic food so I can log it. I'd hate to see that 300 on the scale again.

    March weight drop: 1.8 lbs
    Total weight drop todate: 34.3 lbs.

    Maybe you could just give the $20 to the non-profit and skip the burger? Or find someone to share it with?

    Do you have a food scale? If not, treat yourself to one. A digital one that weighs in grams can be found for twenty bucks. Then when you put your dinners together, you can track the ingredients. It's actually pretty easy, and then you can eat many wonderful things, but just not too much of them.

    Congratulations on getting to your ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT RANGE!!!!!

    My guess is you'll still try to get to the middle of your range, and that's keen. It's a pretty small range. Now the next chapter begins; maintaining that loss. It's not too soon to start the transition; you can start slowly to avoid any kind of bounce. It's basically the exact same as losing, but just with a few more calories in the budget. You'll do great

    :smiley:

    Thank you very much! I feel this will be the hardest part ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Total Gain/Loss: + 1 lb

    It was a rough week;
    I did my first workout on Wednesday, and ended up with sharp pain in my injured knee. I wasn't able to work out the rest of the week. It feels better today, but I haven't been on it continuously like I am at work. I'm going to bring it up at my PT appointment this afternoon.
    I did try to continue logging my food and water intake, though I didn't always make the healthiest choices. I could just be bloated, but I was hoping to see the scale go in the other direction. Oh well, I'll keep at it...
