I paid the year in advance and will try it out and see I think currently they have it at US$20 per month or US$80 for the whole year and there might be some coupons online to use as well... Not really sure what the perks are as opposed to the free version but I know that if I pay for it there will be extra motivation toโฆ

It's always a work in progress... the great thing is logging your meals. As a baseline this is huge because now you can see how much protein/carb/fat you are consuming and will help you in the long term... good luck! ๐๐๐

Hi there. Some of my meals are similar daily so I logged them in advance. I try to plan ahead, specially during the work week.

Same issue I have... Try a healthy protein shake (high in proteins, low in carbs/fat) or beef jerky (high in proteins, low in carbs/fat, but also high in sodium ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ) Good luck... stay the course ๐๐๐ค

There are some great low calorie options out there such as watermelon, cucumber and even celery... they are mostly water based, so they'll fill you up and not pack a punch... my two cents
