SUCH good advice here, thank you. I find that any sort of activity that raises my heartrate tends to trigger anxiety attacks (as the raised heart rate reminds me of when I'm in panic), so I haven't yet found a physical activity that I enjoy doing, but I will definitely keep trying!!! Thank you for taking the time out to…

This brought me to tears. Genuinely. I have found walking hurts my lower back now so much and it's a huge part of why I am here now, trying to fix it. You are an inspiration to me, a 430lb lady who cannot see her own reflection without bursting into tears or going dark for the rest of the day. Thank you. Thank you for…

Haha, thank you for the above advice and as for height?! Well, I don't fit into a lot of cars here in Britain without bumping my noggin', can't ever find ladies clothing that fits my length, and am generally able to see the tops of people's heads. It's weird up here.

I have tried this on here a few times, but I have sticking power problems... save to donuts, I'm good at sticking to those. I am going to give the 2470 a go and hope for the best! Scary, but it can't get too…

This was really comforting, thank you! I will try to remember this and not worry too much and just try to make sure I make healthy choices. Of course!I didn't think of that. I am female, 6'0" tall, weighed in this morning at 433 *cringe* which is why I joined here again! I am 34 years of age and I'd like to lose at least 2…

Hi, I just started. I've been down this road before, but my biggest issue is sticking to it and not getting lost, so to speak. I find it was much easier to do when there were people to talk to. I weighed in this morning and have been crying ever since (433 :/) And I just... really need to get my s*** under control again.…
