Trying to set smaller weight goals. Instead of thinking 20, 30 pounds ahead, just taking things a few pounds at a time. Currently at 185, my goal is to get to 179.

Hi Terra! It’s easy to lose motivation, I agree. To keep the momentum don’t forget you can break it up into a few short walks and it still counts! 5 minutes here 5 minutes there will add up! You got this!
