Consistency - introduce myself

Hi my name is Terra. I want to lose 70 lbs tomorrow i want to commit to 30 days of walking at least 15 minutes a day. Sounds easy right? I usually lose motivation as I go along…just me???

    Hi Terra! It’s easy to lose motivation, I agree. To keep the momentum don’t forget you can break it up into a few short walks and it still counts! 5 minutes here 5 minutes there will add up! You got this!

    Motivation is a slippery thing to hold on too. I am trying again. It can be easier if you have a friend or two that can keep you accountable.
