I have also switched to pink salt if I have to have salt. Lower in sodium than table salt but if in a shop buy just try and keep an eye on salt levels as it contributes to water retention.

Well done in finding something that you find comfy! There is never a need to dress fancy or in the latest stuff for other people. Dress in what works for you! I work out in like a hugely baggy top with primark cycle style shorts! perfect for me. Im not there to impress anyone.

I have had a lot better view on food since starting to eat a little healthier. Rather than when offered food to say Oh I am on a diet I cant have this, I now starting saying just no I don't want it. It has made a difference. Also after eating healthy and then trying something bad like chocolate, I then dont like the taste.

Hi Sarah, This is a very realistic amount. The healthy amount is meant to be 2lbs a week(Steadily) So you will be fine :)

I have started with little bits like going to the toilet in the furthest point to get more steps in and walking around to parts of the building the long way too! I think this is what it will have to be is more exercise due to sitting down all day and just snack little here and there to get to a level where I am burning…

If you have any salad recipes I would love them! I struggle with making salads as i never know what to put in as I don't like peppers or onions!

This is what I have started doing. Bringing in my own food now. Just healthy bits to nibble on throughout the day. Also on my lunches I have been going for walks!

For me sky diving. Oddly enough I was looking in the UK and you have to be about 70kgs to do it. That is my goal.
