@MelissaMaeSue Hey! I complete get how you feel! Granted you work longer than me. I work Monday to Friday 8-5 and I have 3 kids. So sometimes I manage to gym at lunch but if I am unable to go I have taken up skip rope and hula hooping. Well it is a fitness hoop. I can do these easily at home which helps.

What I love for low calorie is the Hartley's 10 cal jellies, Normally between 5-9 calories depending on flavor. Also Aldi have a good Yoghurt/pudding protein range. Low cal and about 20g of protein.

Oh bless thank you for you r response :) Im not an expert so I wouldn't know the ins and outs. I am on a calorie deficit and working out and have found skip is working well for me. Thank you for your advice :)

I add the odd Protein bar or Aldi do protein puddings/yoghurts. They always work a treat :)
