Getting started with MFP

Hey everyone! Glad to be here and looking for ideas of how you stay active at your desk job:)

    Hey there!
    I started an office job 2 years ago now and have put on around 10-15kg since. But have recently gone on to lose weight. Went up to 106kg and now down to 103!
    Little things I have started doing is:

    Going to the bathroom that is furthest away.
    Bringing in my own food. (makes it easier to avoid office treats)
    If i have to go see someone then I take the mega long route.
    There is also a gym over the road from my work so I have started going there at lunch and learning to skip rope.

    This is what works for me though
