I do feel like it makes a difference. I have not been drinking water like i was and my weight loss has stalled. I started to get back on the ole water wagon today and i have peed more than I have in a week! I think it is going to help because I already don't feel as bloated.

I am fifty and just started about a month ago. I have lost 10 lbs. ( It says 7 because I put the wrong starting weight in). I think this is a great tool and several of us are using it. Good luck to you!

California salad at O'Charley's has750 calories! I thought I was eating healthy also. I looked online while I was eating it and put the other half away:)

Patience is all I can really say. People lose weight at a different pace. Just don't give up. Keep doing it and you will see results.

I agree with you, how else would anerexics still lose weight when they starve themselves? if you don't eat you lose weight. To me it is that simple. Not that I condone starving oneself! I think my fitness pal is a great tool to help with losing weight in a sensible way! :smile:
