Hi guys! Thought I'd at least check in. I stopped logging my food and exercise. But I still mostly follow keto diet and hour to begin exercise again when it's a little warmer. I weighed in today at 86.1kg ( gained couple back since late November, but still looking good) Peace!

I'm having f**king weeks from hell with work and travels, so almost not keeping up with stuff, but my weight has been the same at 86.5 kg for last two weeks. But at least i have time to step on scales in the morning, when at home lol. As I get moment to breathe I'll be able to track intake again.

Good luck! Just stick to a procedure: anything goes into the mouth gets logged into MFP. You try to keep it below the budget, but even if it goes over, you must track it.

Thanks!! I'm willing to support everyone who needs a way to do it. Basically its 3 steps: 1) you keep a tight log on whatever you eat, down to sugar free drinks and ketchup over your meat. 2) you make sure your intake is lower than your expenditure by a good 25% margin 3) (Somewhat optional but very useful) Exercise!!…

I'm sweat drenched every time I do my 1hr cardio session :lol: I'm sure this will be a sore sight on maybe 3rd occasion :lol: I also forfeited the possibility of taking daily pictures of myself, too much fuss.
