Ultimate Goal Weight: 10st 7
Sounds like I'm maintaining but really my weight is just bouncing around the place.
I struggle so much with having the discipline to stick with my healthy eating plan! I will go down a bit and then slack off and very quickly my weight jumps back up again leaving me in a never-ending yo-yo cycle!!
I know everything I should be doing in theory but actually doing it in practice is a whole other story. Back to it again, wish me luck 🤪1 -

Just stick to a procedure: anything goes into the mouth gets logged into MFP. You try to keep it below the budget, but even if it goes over, you must track it.

I'm reading this. I believe this. I have had success doing this. Yet, I decide not to.
Logging gets me going toward my goals...today is a food logging day. 💪🏽2 -
