Progress Reports

Well folks I thought it would be helpful to see monthly progress from end of the month to target weight. I've included all those who had weighed in by month end. If you aren't comfortable with this, let me know and I will remove you from future posts. I also thought we could post up the biggest loser every month (this will be tough first month as everyone's start dates are different but should even out by Feb

I've converted weights posted to lbs where other units have been used as this is what the majority of people are working off.
Our biggest loser (based on start weights only) is @_Crackers_ who has lost a whopping 94.8lb since he started out with MFP. Well done!
Good luck with February and great work everyone who has kept up there weekly weigh-ins so far. Sadly we've lost a few since we started out, but I guess that's to be expected.

Good to see we've now got a few members getting into the weekly habit, so far everyone who has added their weights in for Feb are still on a downward trend, well done folks lets keep it up1
-
Well folks here is Feb progress charts - I've included anyone who hadn't posted their weights for the last 2 weeks just in case they're still interested in keeping it up. Anyone that's been inactive longer than that I still have details so if you start back up again I'll add you back in.
Biggest losers this month are @trntrg (9.4lb down) and @TumbaoFit (9.2lb down) With the exception of our newbs everyone who has logged in for the last 2 weeks has had a loss for Feb which is fantastic news. Lets keep it up and keep logging

Great work everyone. Particular kudos to @trntrg (killing it again!) and @MegansMom2011 biggest losers for April.
Where I didn't receive any weigh in for the final week of April from some members, I've used the last posted weight @goonybaby07, @megjriley2395, @rhaiin, @SarahFromWalthamForest, @stillcruising and @trntrg.
Welcome to all of our new posters @buffywhitney @faith5x5nomore @goonybaby07 @jfrancis89 @knitwithpurpose @megjriley2395 @Sarahsthirdtime

I know some of you feel a bit stuck at the moment and may even have gained, just remember weight loss is in no way linear and if you're logging accurately and sticking to your calorie goals it will go down. Weight loss can easily be masked by water retention. If you've been stuck for 6 weeks or more, check out the flowchart in the MFP tips thread. It's great for trouble-shooting.
Well done to @Holsters24 and @SarahFromWalthamForest - biggest losers for May.
Welcome to our new posters - @123bean @biggestloser90 @Cathietc @cattyyellow2017 @mcgeesuz @mylasaga @pocntasha @qpmomma1 @rivetingNikki13 @runningkel I hope you all stick with it, and get to your target weight

I hope this group will help you in some way towards sticking at your goals

That graph is super, SUPER motivating! This week will be terrible (long weekend, lots of food and drink) but I'm going to kick my butt back into gear so next months can look just as good! Thanks so much for putting this together!
You're welcome I think it's helpful because when you focus on week to week it sometimes seems like you haven't lost any weight whereas of you look over the month you might have lost 3-4lbs it just may have been all in one whoosh0 -
Well done @trevorw52 a whopping 13.7lbs down in July. Also fantastic losses from @SkimpyMrsCarter @NadNight @NatJayneL @AgileK9 and @Holsters24.
Welcome to our newb posters - @3kidsmom1 @Bofgemini3 @Evamutt @fuzzy_l0gic @Hels35 @IamNhappy @Jme03 @mcstastny @reo7875 @shelly_38 @stainbackzoo @stefi14 @var2speedy
I do hope you will all stick with us. Remember weight loss isn't linear, there will be gains and stand-stills as well as losses. It's totally normal and sometimes hard to see that it's working in the beginning when water weight fluctuations make your weight vary more than you've lost, don't be discouraged. Don't forget there are some helpful tips in the group threads and feel free to drop me an add or a message if you're finding yourself a bit stuck or down

I'm relatively new here and it may sound odd but I wasn't expecting to see everyones stats in graph and it made me incredibly happy for some reason I have a thing for graphs...swear I'm not nerdy Also I am currently scale-less so can't weigh myself and won't be contributing for a few weeks (nor have I been for the last few for the same reason) but I haven't given up!

@NadNight I am a data geek so thought it would be helpful for folk to see the bigger picture. It's easy to miss when you're weighing weekly, that you've had a really good month when your last 2 weigh ins have been small losses or even hormonal/water weight gains.
Don't worry about missing weeks, I just crop and drop anyone that's missing more than a month to the bottom of the spreadsheet so that if they come back I can pop them back on.0 -
Well done to @purch2 our biggest loser for August great losses for @var2speedy @Volbeat79 @trevorw52 and @phickman07
Welcome newbs @bellissimaluna @CindyWard2 @eatingems @misswizard @NiceSpydr @PermissionGranted and @Volbeat79, this is our monthly progress report you will be able to see in the first one how you're doing in relation to your start and goal weight (I find this sometimes helps when you feel like you've been stuck for a week or so at the same weight to remember how well you've done in the bigger picture and in the second chart the loss for the month. For those who are new this may not be a very high number because you might only have been logging for a week or two, so don't let that discourage you.2 -
Well done to @PermissionGranted our biggest loser for September and also great losses for @phickman07 @trevorw52 @Volbeat79 @Nurturegirl and @misswizard

Welcome to our newbs @itisrocketscience @LivingThe_Tabbylicious_Life and @rochellelevy
I guess the numbers might dwindle a bit this time of year as people are more focused on the holiday periods and celebrating with friends and family (and rightly so), I will as always continue to update the sheets and charts throughout December, don't worry if you take a break, I keep the data from previous months and it's no issue to re-add the lines to the charts.
I hope those of you across the Atlantic had a Happy Thanksgiving and would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
December's results might be a couple of days delayed as I will be travelling over to see family in the UK.

Congrats @mandyme211 you are our biggest loser for January. Also well done to our other top losers @McHelenz and @stmariepearl everyone else we are off to a great start in 2018.3 -
Thank you! This is such a boost for me to keep on2
-
The numbers are really small but I think mine should read 10 as the loss for January.1
-
@tephanies1234 I started a sheet from scratch for 2018, so the variance is between your first weigh in of 2018 (151.6 on 5th Jan thread) and the end of Jan (146.5 on 26th Jan thread), the overall loss is reflected on the 2nd chart.0
