Hi all! Tough week again for me, I think I only done cardio 2 times this week. Soon I will break 200lbs and this will be an achievement for me, marking 1/3 of the way I need to go. SW: 226; GW: 159; LW: 203.5; TW: 201; OL: 24.5

On and on we go.

Hi all! Tough week for me, weight fluctuates, but today I'm over last weeks results. SW: 226; GW: 159; LW: 202; TW: 203.5; OL: 22.5

You must track everything you eat, this is first step. I sometimes find it hard, but with some effort it can be done. Track everything, even of you're over. Keep us posted.

Hi all! Last week I skipped exercise and was over calorie budget few times. Hope I can return to regular exercising. SW: 226; GW: 159; LW: 202.3; TW: 202; OL: 24

Thanks! I'm thinking of resuming exercise. Almost back to normal now.

Hi all! This week I was back from vacation, and got a nasty cold/fever, so I couldn't exercise. But, I was able to stick to my diet. This week weigh-in gets me into 10kg lost territory. 18 kg to go. SW: 226; GW: 159; LW: 207; TW: 202.3; OL: 23.7

Go Keto! Switch your metabolism to fats. Its a great way to have calories deficit. I'm amazed at how little I actually need to support myself and still be able to work etc. For example today I had a grand total of: 2 100gr frikadelen, 2 slices of cheese and 140gr of haselnut, total 1700 calorie all in all. Add to that 650…

When you start calorie deficit, about 2-3kg water is gone from your body as it depletes energy reserves in liver and muscles. This attributes to initial "quick" weight loss. If you stick to exercise and calories deficit, weight will keep going down.

Hi all! I've been two weeks away on vacation without access to weighins but with access to all inclusive food LOL. I managed to keep the weight I had before leaving! Already easing back into my food and exercise regimen. SW: 226; GW: 159; LW: N/A; TW: 207; OL: 19

Hey guys I'm on vacation in Turkey without access to weigh in, and honestly I'm gorgin on meats. I expect to regain some weight but will continue with weight loss as son as I'm back next week. I'll aslo post an update then.

Hi guys & gals! Its been a tough week, and the next one will be even tougher - I'm flying out to Antalya Turkiye to have some time at the beach with my family. And this comes with all-inclusive food LOL. I'll have to maneuver around this somehow. SW: 226.1; GW: 159; LW: 208.5; TW: 207.9; OL: Overall Loss:18.2 For the…

This week is tough on me, the scales show fluctuating weight at the very same time I expected it to go down. In response to that I'm doubling down on exercise quite a few days of the week, doing 1000 calorie burns instead of 600, and man that takes effort. Not sure what goes wrong, I'm not cheating on the intake (not…

Hi Gerald man! Open up your profile for friend invites and diary. That loss is great, keep going.

Goal weight is 160 lbs. Long way to go, but so far I'm determined.

I took it on myself to have daily hour long cardio sessions. See where it takes me.

Great stuff keep posting!

Hi! I think you could go faster / rush it, if your health allows it, you have consulted with GP and there are no risks. Might be hard.

A lot of great answers here. I have poorly healed hill bone fracture that lead to chronic problems, so running is not an option. But walking the stairs is an option, and that's what I do. I live in apartment building so stairs are readily available and free to use.

Hey dude! Open up your profile to other mfp members so they can add you.
-
You guys and gals need to open profile to mfp members and also open diary to friends. :)

Open up profile to friends and make your diary visible in the settings.

I used to own air fryer. You can make a hell of a lot of different and tasty jerky meats in it. Also dried fuit. Check this out https://lovefoodnotcooking.com/recipes/air-fryer-beef-jerky/

Also got the membership, mostly just to scan barcodes and input food diary faster. Good luck with your journey!

Its probably because you don't have much to loose. Calories in/out is the only thing that matters tbh (keto boosted fat metabolism is just a bonus)
-
You have a long way to go, but with the amount of weight you need to loose the progress will be immense at first. What is your plan?
-
Its water my man. Work that job for half a year and watch your physique change
-
Great stuff! Very inspiring. What time did it take to cut this weight? And what was/is your calorie deficit? (i'm of same age and height)
-
Good question. I would imagine that if you are going with just enough protein to support your muscles, only do cardio and otherwise are managing health risks, you can go with large calorie deficit. This might not be sustainable though. What are your stats sex/height/weight/age?
