  • I’m a big fan of MFP but this is one thing I very much dislike. The use of percentages in their nutrients instead of mg. It’s frustrating to have to google search what the RDA of a nutrient is. Also the calcium rda changes depending on age so I would like to just enter the mg of calcium myself for my goal.
  • The FDA’s RDA for calcium is 1300mg. The “100” in MFP is a percentage of that number.
