I like turkey burgers. Just dress them up with plenty of salad and some low-fat mayonaise. They're tasty. And filling. :)

I find black coffee really good. It helps supress the appetite. You just don't feel so hungry after it.

Yoga mat for floor work is great for over 60s. Flexibility and core strenght can be easily worked on with just a mat zebasschick. Some excellent instructional videos on YouTube.

I freeze smoothies regularly. Just make a big batch in one go. And if there's anything left over, just whack in the freezer. They freeze just fine.

I use xylitol. You can get it in health food stores. It looks and tastes pretty much the same as regular granulated sugar.
