I think that would defeat the purpose of this site and try to be thorough when completing my diary. Although, I am sure sometimes (when the middle of the night munchies attack) I may forget to log. You are only fooling yourself by not being honest.

What kind of a friend is it that gives praise all the time. Does that really help anyone? I need my friends to be honest. Give credit where credit is due. If I'm doing poorly I want it to be called to my attention. A "pat on the back", "good job" isn't always the best thing. :)

I cook ground turkey breast in skillet until done and add a jar of salsa. Then I dump it over lettuce - sort of like a taco salad. I hate turkey but I really like this. It's quite tasty.

Good Morning. You can enter your starting weight by going to your "home". Click on the blue scale on the left (I think it says weigh in). Then click on "edit previous entries". You should be able to enter your starting weight at that point. Have a skinny day!

II've only been doing this for a week. Everyone is giving you good advice. The only thing I can add is to be sure you weigh yourself first thing in the morning, after the bathroom and before eating breakfast. I also think it takes a bit for your body to realize you mean business with placing it on a diet.
