Good work!

I’m 43 and losing weight now is so much harder than it was in my 20s or 30s. All I had to do then was cut soda and that was it. Now I have to work out and watch what I eat. Good luck!

36 lbs is great. How much more are you hoping to lose?

I could use a few more friends and a little more accountability. I was down 13 lbs until the holiday weekend. I’m a bit afraid to step on the scale.

That was it! It was set to 185 for some reason. Thanks!

I’m logging my weight in the app on my dashboard. The Bluetooth scale is a good idea. I just have a basic scale and I enter the numbers and a pic manually.

Good luck man, you can do it.

I think eating less combined with being more active will get the best results.

I am in north Florida, so my workout today was putting plywood on my windows and cleaning up the yard so that old kids bicycle does come crashing though someone’s window. 70 minutes 782 calories (per Apple Watch)

Cool! I’ll have to give it a try. I like the thought of being clearer minded and having more energy.

Have you had a good experience with intermittent fasting? I’ve read about it but not tried it myself.

My experience is that once you get going, it becomes easier. I’ve gotten in the habit of logging my food religiously, and it gets to be sort of fun trying to stay under the goal. Don’t look at it like a punishment, look at it as a game or challenge.

Calories in, calories out.
