Daily step goal. 12000 2/April. 22100 Got a good 6mile walk in, lower body weight, and running around after my son 🥰 also stuck pretty well to my calorie goal I think. Checked the scales and off the progesterone the weight is also coming off. Very pleased 😀

@CasandraW thank you hon! I am on the micronised one, and it just feels awful. My peri symptoms are mostly anxiety but the progesterone Def wasn't helping. Will try for a couple of months without it and see...but you just can't win can you ☺️ going to lift my heavy weights and try to get a handle on my calories
