Ok based on the values I input when I signed up, my initial calorie intake is 1804 calories. I usually burn about 330 calories in my hour long treadmill "hike". Definitely not 7k calories over! I didn't think about water weight specifically, but that makes sense. I was definitely down this morning, but I'm not giving up. If anything, the more I think about it, the more determined it makes me (this is where my stubbornness can be beneficial lol). Thank you for the reminder.
