I set aside wednesday, friday and saturday for cheat meals but now I'm just eating what I want everyday.

I like taking photos of my meals because it gives me ideas of what to eat when I'm hungry. I had a folder on my old phone of healthy meals I enjoyed, for ideas of when I needed to eat less calories or healthier options.

Apparently I'm a really good writer (everyone keeps telling me to write a book!) and I make really good pancakes

Find some snacks that are indulgent, but healthier and less calories, and try snacking one less day a week, then increasing that every few months so you aren't snacking at all or only once in a blue moon

I like chai lattes, caramel frapps and chocolate chip fraps. I'm sure there's more, but there's not much variety in New Zealand. I think Gloria Jeans used to make a tim tam drink that was nice.

Anything and everything. I'm almost out of calories today.

This is for yesterday: lots of dogs came up to me on my walk and wanted pats. It was really cute.

I believe it was a chocolate santa. I wish I had stuck it in the fridge, by the time I ate it, it was partly melted and not that delicious.

Trying to figure out how to spend my day. I've been sick for weeks and am showing no signs of being well, and I've dedicated this time to losing weight. I should do some exercise but I don't want to (I feel yucky, really dry throat, trouble breathing and catching my breath at times), and I don't know how to spend the rest…

Was told today that I am large, and will still be large when I've lost weight. Thanks. Guess they were saying I have broad shoulders, am tall and have a larger frame. Didn't feel great though. Was also told by the same person that maybe having a large stomach is part of my natural shape and I shouldn't fight it. I don't…
