Day 1: Recorded my starting weight in My Fitness Pal this morning. Plant based clean eating all day...I do cheat with skinny pop popcorn. Will be buying some sugar free popsicles also. Took my dogs for a walk today & stayed busy all day cleaning and organizing my house.
