  • That’s organized! The most I tend to manage is grilling a bunch of extra chicken on the weekends so I have some extras leftover. Sometimes I have canned beans on hand to mix it with. Most of the time, I throw some in a baggie on my way out the door and nibble on it dry at my desk. 😭

  • That’s probably it. My weight was all over the place the first month I started weight training. It’s a good thing I had started the challenge here and was training with a class at the gym, because it helped me stay consistent and not give up in frustration.
