If you have IG, I follow finally allison She has put out several cookbooks with recipes that I actually want to eat. Plus she is super relatable and has lost 155# on her own recipes so its legit. She also puts the macros of each recipe. Its kind of dummy proof imo.

I am for sure not an expert but something freeing a dietitian once told me is "you don't HAVE to track fruits and veggies".
