Hello how can I get advice on cooking for my macros

If you have IG, I follow finally allison She has put out several cookbooks with recipes that I actually want to eat. Plus she is super relatable and has lost 155# on her own recipes so its legit. She also puts the macros of each recipe. Its kind of dummy proof imo.0

I just logged what I was eating, figured out how to hit calories while feeling mostly full and satisfied, then worked on noticing ways my routine eating patterns could be improved nutritionally. Then I looked for foods I enjoy that I could put into regular rotation that would improve my average nutrition. It was a process, but it was pretty easy, and relies on foods I actually like eating.
