Hi Kayli! I know you wrote this many months and have given birth to your little one. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant with my first and before I fell pregnant I was on a weightloss journey, losing about 20 kgs. I have put on 4 kgs in total and don't want to put on anymore, what did you do? What helped for you?
