With my iPhone while in the app. It had three fields. 1. Front view 2. Side view 3. Back view I took a picture for each one, but don’t know where they went. I don’t even remember how I got there. Trying to get back.

Good luck and you can do it. Resist temptation and the devil will flee. But enjoy yourself also. Strike a balance. Don’t be the weirdo that says no to everything. And don’t mention you’re on a diet. Everybody’s on a diet to some degree.

I have been type 2 diabetic for about 13 years and my last A1c was 5.7. I just started low carb beginning of the month, so my next labs should reflect my change in diet. I have also had sleep apnea for almost 20 years. I had machines, but was on/off with using them. I just completed a sleep study and am waiting to hear about getting a machine. Will let you know how things are working out.

Congrats on the remission. Hopefully you’ve got a foothold in the group now. So how are things now? My pain limits my movements, so I focus on nutrition first and low impact walking second. I’ve lost 11 lbs since Nov 2nd.

I’m also new to MFP. I have Frontier’s disease, calcification of tendons and ligaments to the hips and spine. The pain is untreatable apparently. I take an anti-inflammatory, but it does nothing. I am eating right, just limited in my motions. Hope to start going to the gym beginning of the year. Thanks.

Thanks for the input Ann. Most of your posts that I have read are long, but worth the time. At the moment I am restricting carbs to about 8% of daily caloric intake. Comes out to about 60 grams.
