I have received my new machine, and it is a Godsend. I fall asleep like a baby. I get about 5-6 hours of sleep a night, but it is good sleep.

Are you still logging EVERYTHING? If you have lost your motivation, then you need to do something. Hopefully you have developed habits that will take affect, and you won’t spiral too far. Hang in there. Feelings are temporary. Just keep doing what you know to do, whether you want to, or not.

I like Chipotles. Order the chicken bowl, with no rice, or beans. Also, just about any steakhouse, where you can order a steak, or any lean meat, and then add some vegetables. Places like Longhorn, Houston’s, and Texas Roadhouse, are among my favorites.

Very sorry to see you go. I can certainly understand, but just remember, put one foot in front of the other. Time is going to pass no matter what you are doing.
