Finding it hard to stick to a program when I have some nagging injuries, my workout routine just depends on the day where I don’t feel pain or the pain is lower,can’t wait to go back full force when everything heals up I took a rest day since things were hurting today lol.

Saw someone do jumping squats right in front of the Dumbell rack, I appreciate the hard work but it makes it harder to use the dumbells when someone’s jumping right in front of them lol

For me it would be to not overtrain or if I did I should’ve put recovery as my first priority with enough nutritious food and sleep. Also wish I saw a chiro and a physio sooner since I dealt with overuse injuries which could’ve been prevented. And also wish I wasn’t so fixated on lifting heavy should’ve been focusing on…
