Concentrate on the quality of carbs vs the number. Eat healthy Whole Foods vs processed. A potato not potato chips, fruit not cookies etc. and eat lots of fiber…. Beans, lentils, veggies, oatmeal. I am just getting started and I just don’t think I can give up wine. Gonna try cutting back and logging the calories. I also will do thc seltzers after work when I need a drink to relax. 0 calories, no sugar and definitely relax
