Last day of February. I kept my part of the bargain. Haven't lost a damn pound. Off to find something that works.

One more day of February. I have done this for 8 weeks and I am right where I started. Fat and mad about it.

Last Monday check in. I didn't lose any weight (again), but I didn't gain any, either.

Another day of frustration but I am sticking it out another month and trying to build some muscle.

I have taken a close look. That's why I am here; to log every stupid bite I take. I even got out the measuring cup and scale. I'm frustrated and annoyed and depressed and nearly desperate. And hungry. So, so hungry.

Tired of only losing an ounce a week. I'm making a lot of effort for not much return. I have increased my exercise and change the routine to do aerobics in the morning instead of yoga. I got two-pound weights to hold during the routine and I can feel it. I hate it.

I lost 8 ounces in January. Doing quick math, it will take me 4 years to get to a tolerable weight. FOUR years. I'm so happy.
